When do I use Pre-Wrkout?

Pre-Wrkout is for before you workout/train, this can be immediately before your workout or if you are not going to train until later that day, you can still apply the Pre-Wrkout first thing in the morning as your morning daily regimen. Our Skin Wrkout products will nourish and protect you all day (sunscreens should always be reapplied when necessary).

When do I use Post-Wrkout?

Post-Wrkout is for immediately after your workout, the sooner you get your skin clean and replenished the better. However, if you choose to shower after your training then you need to apply your Post Wrkout regimen after you shower, we don’t want the shower to be washing away all that goodness you have just applied with Skin Wrkout’s Post-Wrkout.

Can I still use the routines on days that I am not working out?

Absolutely! On the days that you do not have a workout planned, you can simply treat the Pre-wrkout as a morning routine and the Post-wrkout as an evening routine. Remember, we still need to prepare and protect our skin from the everyday aggressors and we still need to clean off the build up of the day's grime, impurities, make up, pollution and sweat.

What is the shelf life of products?

After opening, the products have a 3-24 months validity period. But rest assured, there’s also an expiration date listed on the packaging.

How should the products be stored?

To keep your products safe, store them in a dry, cool place (recommended 10-20 degrees Celsius) out of direct sunlight. Humidity and sunlight can speed up the ageing of products, making them expire quicker.

This varies formula to formula – please see the product description for the most accurate answer. But in general, in a natural certified formula at least 95% of total ingredients are natural.

Whereas in an organic certified formula, at least 95% of total ingredients are natural, at least 10% come from organic farming, and 95% of all plant-based ingredients must be organic, too.

Are Skin Wrkout products vegan?

The majority of Skin Wrkout products are vegan, with the exception of certain formulas that contain lanolin and beeswax.

Do Skin Wrkout products contain alcohol?

Not all alcohols are created equal, and not all are bad for the skin – each ingredient in Skin Wrkout formulas has been carefully evaluated to ensure it is safe to use.

Please check the INCI ingredient list for each product to find out it contains alcohol and/or alcohol derivatives.

However, the majority of products have some traces of alcohol since most plant extracts (except in oil products) are made using alcohol-based extraction methods.

So even though there might be no alcohol and/or alcohol derivatives listed in INCI, we can’t claim the products are actually alcohol-free.

The only sulfate that we use in our products is sodium coco sulfate (SCS), which is approved by the third-party certification organisation
